Im Margaret and Im from the Bay Area. Im a Event Planner and I have started a new business, Lexus Events. Our motto at Lexus Events is “we design events for your lifetime”.
The road to becoming a event planner started innocently enough…I was the one who always set up birthdays, luncheons, etc. My being organized and detailed help out a lot. But I guess that is to be expected when your work history included being a Secretary and Administrative Assistant.
So the search began into finding a new career.
So I took the wedding consultant program with American Acadamy of Wedding Professionals and I am working on getting my professional certificate in Event Planning from San Francisco State University and that will be completed in 2008.
We can also assist you in the planning of your Destination Wedding. Margaret has worked as a travel agent for the past four years and all bookings will be handled through Lets Get Away Travel, the travel agency division of Lexus Events.
